At MOONWEAR, every order is handled with care and intention. We’re a small team, just the two of us: Rawad and Léa, and we personally oversee each step - from packing your pieces to sending them off. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you within the expected timeframe.
Processing Times
- Pre-orders: If your item is part of a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be clearly noted on the product page. You'll receive updates as production progresses.
- In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping Rates & Times
- Canada: Standard shipping (5-9 business days). Free shipping on orders over $130 CAD.
- United States: Standard shipping (4-8 business days). Free shipping on orders over $100 USD.
- International: We do not ship internationally as of today. We hope to open our doors to international customers as soon as possible.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside Canada, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
We do our best to meet the timelines above, but occasional delays may happen due to carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen events. As a small team, we appreciate your patience and understanding - every order truly means the world to us. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout (when available).
