Welcome to MOONWEAR Apparel Inc. (“MOONWEAR”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from www.moonwearapparel.com (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our Site.

2. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information (billing, shipping, contact details).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues occur.
  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • For pre-orders, estimated ship dates are provided but not guaranteed. You’ll receive updates if production timelines shift.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to feel at home in your MOONWEAR pieces. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
  • Certain items (final sale or discounted) may not be eligible for return.

  • "MOONWEAR,” our logos, product designs, and all related content are protected under intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit our products or content for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We do our best to ensure accuracy and quality, but we are not liable for:
    • Delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or third parties.
    • Minor variations in color, fit, or fabric due to production processes.
    • Any misuse of our products beyond their intended purpose.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOONWEAR is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
